Product description:
This type of waterproof coating is made from isocyanate and polyether polyol as the main raw materials, combined with special additives, fillers, and pigments. It is produced through a polymerization reaction in advanced equipment. When applied, it forms a continuous, seamless waterproof membrane with rubber-like properties on the waterproof base layer by reacting with the moisture in the air.

How to Use:
Consumption: Approximately 1.6 kg/m² to 1.8 kg/m²
Construction Process: Subgrade treatment → Detailed additional waterproof layer construction → Large area coating waterproof layer construction → Head and edge sealing → Quality inspection and acceptance → Protective isolation layer construction.
Construction Points:
1、Ensure the subgrade is flat, solid, and dry, free from sharp bumps, honeycombing, pockmarks, and peeling, and without oil contamination. For cracks, deformation joints, and recesses around pipes, fill with sealing materials and apply additional waterproof treatment. A smooth and solid subgrade does not require a subgrade treatment agent.
2、For details like corners, pipe roots, and deformation joints, apply additional waterproof layers first, which can be applied 2-4 times (thickness not less than 1mm). If a reinforcing material is required, ensure it is thoroughly soaked. For deformation joints, lay a layer of polyester non-woven fabric first, then apply additional coating to form an empty laid additional waterproof layer structure.
3、For the large area coating waterproof layer, use a plastic scraper to evenly spread the coating in 2-3 layers. Without a subgrade treatment agent, the first layer should be thin to seal the pores of the subgrade. After full curing until the surface is not sticky to the touch (usually 12 hours, which may be extended in low temperatures), apply the second layer perpendicular to the first. If a reinforcing material is used, lay it while applying the coating.
4、Seal the head and edges with additional coatings.
5、After the waterproof layer is completed and has passed the quality inspection (and if necessary, a water retention test), proceed with the construction of the protective isolation layer according to relevant specifications or design requirements.
Precautions:
1、The construction temperature should be between 5-35℃. Do not construct in rainy or snowy conditions.
2、Ensure good ventilation during construction and that construction personnel wear appropriate safety equipment.
3、The product is ready to use directly without any diluents. If dilution is necessary, consult with technical personnel and conduct a small-scale test on site to ensure it does not affect the drying speed before applying it on a large scale.
