Product Features:

How to Use:
Reference Consumption: For a waterproof layer with a coating thickness of 1.0mm, the consumption is approximately 1.3kg/m2 to 1.4kg/m2 (actual consumption depends on the condition of the substrate and the thickness of the brush).
Construction Method: It can be applied both by spraying and scraping.
Construction Process:
Clean the substrate-Apply additional layers on details-Apply the coating-Lay the membrane or isolation layer-Seal the lap joints of the membrane-Conduct a water retention test-Apply the protective layer.

Precautions:
1、The construction environment temperature should be between -10°C and 35°C. Do not construct in rainy, snowy weather, or when there are winds above level five.
2、Before construction, heat and mix the coating evenly. It is recommended to apply by scraping at temperatures between 120°C and 140°C, and by spraying between 140°C and 180°C. Never exceed a heating temperature of 200°C as it may affect the material's performance.
3、Use specialized equipment for construction, operated by professional personnel (electricians, sprayers, etc.). Ensure good stirring functionality to guarantee even heating of the material. Regularly clean filters, pipes, and lubricate motor parts based on usage frequency.
Use the hot adhesive method for construction.
4、No smoking or open flames are allowed at the construction site, and ensure good ventilation. Construction personnel should be equipped with labor protection supplies to avoid burns.

Product Application:
It widely used in various new construction or repair waterproofing projects, suitable for waterproofing of conventional areas as well as special areas such as expansion joints. It is generally used in combination with membranes for non-exposed applications. The product has excellent bonding and elongation properties, making it suitable for flat waterproofing of underground engineering slabs, roof slabs, and other building structures.
