Product Description:

The cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating is a rigid waterproof material in powder form, made from special cement, quartz sand, and other base materials, mixed with multiple active chemical substances. When used, it is mixed with water to form a slurry, which is then applied to the surface of cement concrete structures. After curing, it forms a rigid adhering coating on the surface of the concrete structure. The active chemical substances contained in the coating penetrate into the interior of the concrete through the carrier of penetrating water, catalyzing the silicate in the concrete to produce insoluble crystalline bodies. These crystalline bodies fill and block capillary pores and micro-crevices, thereby densifying the concrete, enhancing its water resistance, and providing waterproof protection.

Product Features:

How to Use:
The construction and curing process should be conducted at temperatures ranging from 5°C to 35°C. Two methods of construction can be employed: brush application and dry powder scattering.
1、For brush application construction:
2、Subgrade treatment: Remove any floating mortar, efflorescence, dust, oil, and other debris from the surface and roughen the surface to provide an open capillary system conducive to penetration. Finally, rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure water gun.
3、Subgrade moistening: Ensure the subgrade is sufficiently moistened, maintaining dampness without puddles.
4、Mixing: Use a weight ratio of powder to water of 1: (0.35 to 0.4). Pour water into a container first, then add the powder, and mix rapidly and evenly using a mechanical mixer. The prepared slurry should be used within 20 minutes, and no additional water should be added during use.
5、Brush application: Apply with a stiff-bristled brush evenly in multiple coats. After each coat, allow it to cure until the surface turns white before applying the next coat. If the interval exceeds 12 hours, spray with water to moisten before applying the next coat.
6、For dry powder scattering construction: Scatter the powder evenly at a rate of 1.5kg/m² onto the not fully set concrete surface. Immediately press the powder into the concrete using a wooden trowel or grinder and perform a smoothing treatment.

Precautions:
1、Do not construct in the rain or when the environmental temperature is below 5°C. To prevent the coating from drying too quickly, avoid direct sunlight during hot weather and recommend construction in the early morning or late evening. The construction area must be protected from rain within 24 hours, frost within 48 hours, and from pollution, sewage, and temperatures below 5°C.
2、The concrete subgrade for construction should be solid, smooth, clean, and sufficiently moistened to provide an open capillary system conducive to penetration.
3、When mixing, control the ratio of material to water properly. Do not mix too much at once and use it within 20 minutes. Do not add more water or material during use. If the mixture becomes too thick, stir frequently. After resting for more than 5 minutes, remix to ensure the paint's homogeneity and to prevent an increase in sand concentration at the bottom of the mixture.
4、Use a semi-hard nylon brush for brushing, not a trowel, roller, or paintbrush. When brushing, apply force to brush back and forth in all directions to ensure even coverage in recessed areas and to achieve a uniform thickness. Do not miss any spots. Do not apply too thick a layer in corners and recesses as this may cause cracking. Generally, apply in two coats, avoiding applying too much at once to prevent the coating from being too thick and difficult to cure. Also, avoid applying too little to prevent the coating from becoming too thin and losing water too quickly, leading to powdering.
